[Remote] Junior UGC Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (W-2 Position)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bonbrain LLC is an innovative mobile app studio dedicated to creating engaging, high-quality applications for the iOS App Store and reputed company Play Store. They are seeking a Junior UGC Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to design, shoot, and edit short-form video content to drive organic downloads and build a reputed company community around their mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Research, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our apps in an authentic, engaging UGC style
- Organic Growth Strategy: Identify reputed company social media trends, viral audio tracks, and platform algorithms to maximize organic reputed company and user acquisition
- Channel Management: Post content regularly across reputed company, reputed company (Instagram/Facebook), and other relevant channels, optimized with engaging captions and hashtags
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, engage with the audience, and build an active community around our app brands
- Reporting: Track basic video metrics (views, engagement, click-throughs) to understand performance and optimize future content
Skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent reputed company)
- Must be willing to undergo standard employment verification (Form I-9) for W-2 payroll reputed company
- Entry-level / Junior experience
- Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem (iOS and Android) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, reputed company Premiere Rush, InShot, etc.)
- Deep understanding of social media trends, memes, and hooks that capture viewer attention
- A strong personal portfolio of short-form videos (reputed company/Reels) or creative coursework is highly preferred
