In your Toolbox (Minimum Requirements): 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience building consumer growth, referral, marketplace, social, or network-effect products. Proven track record designing, launching, measuring, and scaling referral programs, viral loops, user advocacy systems, or consumer growth products that drive measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of growth loops, behavioral economics, incentive design, lifecycle marketing, experimentation frameworks, funnel optimization, and retention models. Experience leveraging AI-driven products, personalization, or data science to create more intelligent and effective consumer experiences.
