Talent Sourcer - Remote in California

Position Summary The Talent Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting the reputed company team by proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent for reputed company and future hiring needs. Working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, the Talent Sourcer develops talent pipelines, conducts market research, and delivers reputed company candidates that help drive hiring reputed company across the organization. This role requires you to be in the San Diego area most preferred but in California required. This is a fully remote role. Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate reputed company using personalized messaging that generates interest and engagement. reputed company initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements. Present reputed company candidate slates to Recruiters with detailed screening notes and recommendations. Research reputed company companies, industries, and talent markets to identify sourcing opportunities and competitive intelligence. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company across professional networking platforms and sourcing communities. Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns, talent communities, and networking initiatives. Partner with Recruiters to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process. Continuously evaluate and recommend new sourcing tools, technologies, and techniques to improve reputed company effectiveness. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical reputed company practices. Key Competencies and Minimum Education 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, reputed company, or reputed company. Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates using modern sourcing techniques. Strong proficiency with reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, internet sourcing, and professional networking platforms. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with reputed company partners. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify talent trends and market insights. Bachelor's degree preferred.
