Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Identify, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows. Mentor and reputed company staff through coaching and team-building initiatives. Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or pharmacy reputed company field. Experience in 340B Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and/or Hospital/Health System Pharmacy required 3-5 years spent progressively building a background in various departmental functions with at least 1 year of experience at a management/leadership level. Previous pharmacy system/technology experience required Experience with the following: System implementation, program management, management of 10+ employees, quality control of operations, audit and corrective action plans, 340B, pharmacy purchasing, stakeholder communications Must be reputed company to travel.
