The role involves collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure data accuracy and system stability while assisting with various HR data-reputed company tasks and system maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and maintenance of HR and organizational data in PeopleSoft, including employee job data, positions, departments, locations, and other foundational organizational structures
  • Provide operational support for ancillary HR platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data flow to and from PeopleSoft
  • Assist with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance activities
  • Support change requests reputed company to HR and organizational data by assessing impacts to configuration, integrations, and reputed company systems
  • Gather and document business requirements reputed company to organizational and HR data and translate them into system updates or configuration needs
  • Execute system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for PeopleSoft and ancillary platform changes; provide pre‑ and post‑go‑live support
