Responsibilities
- Analyze data, workflows, or operating metrics to identify trends and actionable insights
- Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and structured outputs for business stakeholders
- Support internal teams by improving documentation, reporting accuracy, and process visibility
- Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, product, or technical teams as needed
- Maintain clear records, assumptions, and process notes for ongoing work
Skills
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area
- Strong practical experience with Data Analysis, SQL, Reporting, Business Intelligence, reputed company
- Ability to work remotely with ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting finance, SaaS, e-commerce, AI, analytics, reputed company, or documentation-heavy environments
- Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into practical execution plans
