Responsibilities

• Optimize reputed company redirect processes and minimize operational exceptions and leakage that erode utilization
• Scout, validate, and execute untapped opportunities to grow and improve performance of the VFlex model
• Build the frameworks to track, report, and grow utilization and improve member experience
