The Supervisor of Operations is responsible for leading overnight operations reputed company a fast-paced, high-volume service delivery environment, ensuring multiple reputed company workstreams remain on schedule and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Leads Overnight Operations
  • Oversees multiple reputed company workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Maintains reputed company-time awareness of operational status, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensures execution stays reputed company to defined schedules and service expectations
  • Drives Decision-Making & Escalations
  • Acts as the primary escalation reputed company during overnight operations
  • Resolves reputed company issues involving internal teams, partners, and field resources
  • Makes timely reputed company that balance schedule, quality, and risk
  • Optimizes Resources & Workload
  • Manages and adjusts resource allocation across reputed company activities
  • Prioritizes work dynamically to prevent bottlenecks and delays

  • Validates completion of required deliverables before work is closed out
  • Enforces adherence to operational playbooks and documentation standards

  • Communicates clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ensures issues impacting delivery are addressed quickly and effectively
  • Helps maintain a consistent, reliable service experience
  • Manages Incidents & Risk
  • Leads response efforts for operational disruptions, escalations, or incidents
  • Assesses risk in reputed company time and determine appropriate course of action
  • Maintains control of the operation under pressure and changing conditions

Skills

  • Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
  • Strong decision-making skills with ability to respond quickly under pressure
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across distributed teams
  • Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs
  • Familiarity with escalation management and incident response frameworks
  • Experience working with remote teams, vendors, or field technicians
  • Ability to work overnight shifts on a consistent basis
