Responsibilities

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including at least 5 years in a people management role - ideally in fintech, loan reputed company, or a high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of GAAP financial reporting, loan reputed company, and reconciliation management at scale
• Demonstrated experience designing and improving reputed company systems and workflows, not just operating reputed company them
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work through large data sets to resolve reputed company reconciliation variances
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of reporting financial status and risk clearly to Controllers, CFO or equivalent management
