[Remote] Regional Operations Director (RN license)

The Regional Operations Director (Clinical Services) RN provides leadership and operational reputed company for multiple acute programs, ensuring excellence in patient care and financial performance while supporting strategic growth and compliance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company nursing and technical services for patient treatment
- Conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes and independently reputed company and implement plans of correction for any clinical quality issues
- Ensure adherence to reputed company state and federal regulations governing patient care services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, etc.)
- Manage regional P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory to optimize financial performance and strategic growth
- Provide leadership and mentorship to facility administrators and clinical teams
- Direct reputed company teammate activity including hiring, promoting, performance development reviews (PDRs), and disciplinary actions

Skills
- reputed company license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED
- reputed company CPR certification required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in reputed company clinical applications (CWOW, etc.)
- Two years of Dialysis experience required
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company area strongly preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of reputed company management experience preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience strongly preferred
