The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles (intake through offer letter)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company profiles, and sourcing strategies
- Build and manage active candidate pipelines for reputed company roles
- Proactively reputed company and engage candidates using reputed company and other channels
- reputed company market insights to identify reputed company companies and talent pools
- Present reputed company, high-quality candidates reputed company to business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market dynamics and trade-offs
- Drive structured intake conversations and ongoing alignment throughout the hiring process
- Influence decision-making to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience reputed company to Everest’s employer brand
- Manage interview logistics, communication, and feedback loops
- Ensure process efficiency and adherence to internal hiring frameworks and approvals

Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and deliver in a high-volume or high-reputed company environment

- Ability to operate independently while navigating a matrixed organization
