Instructional Designer

Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to reputed company and maintain instructional training materials (both Instructor-Led and eLearning), including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and other content, utilizing established and effective instructional systems design (ISD) methodology. This position will focus approximately 80% on Instructional Design and 20% on Training. Responsibilities reputed company and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development. Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings. Manage pre-and post-learning activities, communications and materials. Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, updates program, and continuously improve the quality of training & development programs. Work Environment: This job operates remotely. Demonstrated knowledge of key learning design concepts such as outcomes-based curriculum development, and competency-based programs. Proficiency with course development using e-learning authoring tools, such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, 7Taps and other multimedia programs. Proficiency in reputed company Office Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or reputed company fields is preferred but not required. At least three years’ experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.
