[Remote] Project Manager, Building Sales

Whirlwind Steel is a premier metal building manufacturer specializing in the design, fabrication, and delivery of top-quality metal structures. We’re seeking a talented and reputed company Project Manager to join reputed company, responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial contract to fabrication completion.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage project budgets
- Corroborate with other departments to ensure project schedules are maintained
- Maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders as necessary
Skills
- Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must have the ability to read and understand drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred but not required
- Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred but not required
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
