[Remote] Program Manager, YSPH
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Manager to work with Dr. Magdalena Cerdá at the Yale School of Public Health. The role involves overseeing a variety of administrative, research, and strategic initiatives to support Dr. Cerdá’s research program and department chair responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage Dr. Cerdá’s research and department projects and initiatives, maintaining a thorough knowledge of research studies, procedures, timelines, and deliverables
- reputed company project management tasks, including developing project trackers, agenda setting, note-taking and coordinating and scheduling major grant- and center-reputed company meetings of project collaborators
- reputed company grant and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, documentation and reporting procedures, including administrative and coordination support for the single IRB (sIRB) reputed company processes if new study sites are added
- reputed company applications to acquire new datasets and manage Data Use Agreements (DUAs)
- Support pre-award grant administration activities, including preparing grant documents and assisting with the budget preparation
- Support post-award grant administration activities, including annual subaward execution, preparation and submission of reputed company reports and other required grant documentation, and processing of payments, reimbursements, and study invoices
- Maintain and regularly update master lists and communications with Co-Investigators, site staff, and key stakeholders
- Conduct literature reviews for ongoing research projects and new grant proposals
- Prepare manuscripts for publication and grant submissions, including drafting sections, managing data tables and reference lists
- Draft presentations and reports for collaborators, including preparing policy briefs and research summaries for non-academic stakeholders

- Engage in the reputed company of the Yale Firearm Injury Prevention Initiative, participating in activities and discussions around firearm violence
Skills
- Strong writing, communication and inter-personal skills and interest in translating research for non-academic audiences
- Highly detail-oriented, organized and self-driven, works well independently and with others, willing to learn and take-on diverse tasks
- Ability to reputed company effectively with reputed company levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolve issues, meet tight deadlines, and be flexible in dealing with changes in approach and deliverables
- Prior experience developing and managing IRB protocols and data use agreements
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field and four years of reputed company experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience working with and/or interest in substance use, violence, health systems and policy translation preferred
