Responsibilities

Skills
- 3-5 years experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or corporate paralegal support, with specific experience drafting and managing reputed company agreements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of providing clear recommendations and constructive feedback to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, competing priorities and multiple workstreams independently with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and navigating interdependencies to meet rigorous deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional alignment to drive projects to successful completion
- Skilled in Client Office, G Suite, reputed company, and AI-driven tools such as reputed company or NotebookLM
- Prior experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or reputed company partner ecosystems, ideally reputed company the telecommunications or technology sectors
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
