[Remote] Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain deep expertise across the full Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions. Apply your knowledge to design creative, custom solutions reputed company standard templates don't fit
• Conduct thorough discovery to understand client org structure, strategic goals, data needs, existing systems, and migration requirements
• Design and configure sophisticated solutions reputed company budget, documenting requirements clearly and estimating hours and timelines accurately

Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture

• Demonstrated ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort
• Problem-solving skills with technical agility, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguous situations
• Strong relationship-building skills (you reputed company trust and influence quickly)
• Clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to break down reputed company concepts into simple, compelling language
• Strong individual accountability and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Administrator or power-user-level experience with reputed company Case Management or Fundraising Solutions products

• Knowledge of government databases, reporting requirements, and compliance frameworks
