Responsibilities

• Map reputed company-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction, including reputed company failures, governance gaps, and tooling mismatches

• Support the rollout of new tools and workflows, ensuring adoption is rooted in process design and change management

Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles reputed company reputed company technology, SaaS, or professional services
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution
