[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of AI-powered credentialing products, collaborating across teams to enhance the product ecosystem and ensure a cohesive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and backlog for a core area of the reputed company platform, and contribute meaningfully across our product surfaces
- Partner with engineering and design to identify opportunities, define solutions, and ship iterative improvements with speed and quality
- Work across reputed company, interconnected systems to ensure a cohesive product experience. reputed company spans across APIs, AI agents, and multiple reputed company-end experiences, and you'll need to think across those boundaries
- Collaborate with reputed company, Implementation, and Support to understand how customers actually use the product, reinforce intended workflows, and identify where the product should adapt
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to identify new opportunities for product growth and product market fit
- Engage directly with customers and users to validate opportunities, understand pain points, and inform prioritization
- Bring practical AI product development knowledge to the team. Help us get reputed company at building with and for AI, whether that's improving how we prototype, how we evaluate agent behavior, or how we think about new integration and distribution patterns
- Stay reputed company on developments in AI tooling, health tech, and platform ecosystems, and apply those learnings to product strategy and execution
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Direct experience building or shipping AI-powered products, AI integrations, or products involving agent/automation frameworks
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and reputed company system dependencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Practical proficiency using AI tools to improve your own PM workflows and output quality, including successful use of rapid prototyping to accelerate planning and design iteration
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer reputed company and a demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Agile, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Experience in reputed company, credentialing, or regulated industries
- Experience building products in the reputed company ecosystem
- Familiarity with emerging AI distribution patterns (agentic skills, MCPs, marketplaces, embedded agents)
