[Remote] Strategic Growth Manager (reputed company Strategy)

They are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to join their reputed company Operations team, focusing on shaping reputed company strategy for reputed company sales opportunities and developing ROI-driven business cases to enhance sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Market Development Directors throughout the sales cycle, attending prospect and customer meetings to shape positioning, surface reputed company insights, and inform deal strategy
- reputed company reputed company insights and value narratives, including competitive positioning, segmentation perspectives, and customer-reputed company storylines to sharpen how reputed company goes to market
- Build and refine ROI and value-based business case models that quantify the impact of reputed company’s solutions for prospects and customers, and ensure the reputed company logic is reflected in customer-facing materials
- Partner with Product Strategy and Product Management to evaluate unique requests from customers and prospects assessing reputed company viability, fit with the product roadmap, and tradeoffs and factor those reputed company into active sales opportunities
- Support Market Development Directors during pricing, structuring, and approval/escalation of non-standard reputed company proposals, bringing analytical rigor to deal economics and tradeoffs
- Provide feedback to Product Strategy for reputed company improvement of the reputed company toolkit used across the reputed company organization: ROI templates, value frameworks, deal economics models, and reusable reputed company content
- Translate field intelligence (i.e., prospect feedback, deal patterns, and competitive signals) into actionable recommendations for Sales, Product, and Market leadership
- Design, build, and refine processes and playbooks in support of the responsibilities above
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company strategy, sales strategy, management consulting, or similar customer-facing strategic roles; reputed company or technology industries a plus
- Strong reputed company acumen with the ability to translate customer needs and market signals into ROI cases, product recommendations, and deal strategy
- Demonstrated experience building ROI models, value-case analyses, and other financial models for B2B sales pursuits, and the ability to communicate the underlying logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives
- Familiarity with value-selling / value-realization frameworks (MEDDIC, value engineering, business-case methodology)
- Demonstrate a 'go-getter' attitude with a desire to reputed company a meaningful impact across Sales, reputed company Operations, and Product teams
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company and comfort working with reputed company, financial, and product data to build models and surface insights
- Proficiency using reputed company models to conduct research, build models, and create content that proves out the value proposition
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of judgment and creativity in designing innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions
- The ability to travel up to 25%
