[Remote] Business Development Executive - Ohio

They are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Executive to grow and foster relationships with personal injury reputed company, providing training and updates on their technology and services.
Responsibilities
- Develops and builds relationships with attorneys and reputed company
- Reaches out to attorneys and sets schedule of weekly meetings
- Develops new relationships with attorneys and reputed company, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the business
- Engages in ongoing reputed company with attorneys to reputed company MoveDocs top-of-mind to encourage use of our technology
- Responsible for reputed company attorney contact including follow up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs technology
- Assists and schedules plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clients
- reputed company and strengthen relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and reputed company across the assigned Region
- Promote and grow usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions
- Generate and expand pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial
- Schedule and conduct weekly in-person and virtual meetings with reputed company
- Maintain ongoing communication to reputed company reputed company top-of-mind
- Train firms on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions
- Assist with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow-up needs
- Maintain accurate activity notes, pipeline updates, and account plans in CRM systems
- Collaborate internally with operations, reputed company, provider relations, and leadership teams
Skills
- High School or GED required
- Must currently live in Ohio
- No relocation considered
- Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientation
- Must be organized, confident and passionate
- Ability to travel (60% travel/ 40% reputed company)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive reputed company
- Basic proficiency with reputed company Office suite of products and Outlook
- JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is a plus
- Paralegal, legal, account management, reputed company sales experience a plus
- Experience working with attorneys or other professionals a plus
