The Role: The Client Team (comprising Client Services and Client Development functions) undertakes a wide range of responsibilities in driving reputed companyʼ business reputed company, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships. The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. The desire to grow yourself and reputed companyʼ business. Key Responsibilities: Media Planning & Buying: Support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business. Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or access to, materials or content. Ability to explain your media plan rationale to your line managers and work on translating that into client decks and emails, ensuring that your recommendation is delivered on the client brief. Media plan development, RFP collation, reputed company development, DoMedia utilization, Platform/mapping, Planning tools & systems, posting instructions, creating POP reports, etc. Small-level plan/project development/ownership, low-level negotiations, and managing client relationships with high-level reputed company from the line manager are the main tasks. Project Management: Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring reputed company documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated. Compile, organize, and maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign files such as buy specs, decks, POP, etc. With reputed company, responsible for reputed companyʼ delivery in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients. Track campaign start dates and ensures everything is reputed company to go live on time; liaise with relevant vendors to manage artwork delivery and approval processes.
