[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in the Go-To-Market finance function, partnering with various departments to enhance financial execution and optimize reputed company outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own planning and forecasting efforts for GTM functions, including the long-term plan, annual financial plan, and monthly forecasts
• Actively engage with senior GTM leadership, including C-level and VP+ leaders across Marketing, Partners, Business Development, reputed company, and others
• reputed company financial models that reflect an reputed company approach between Corporate and GTM initiatives, investment priorities, and efficiency goals
• reputed company and enhance sales productivity and other sales efficiency metrics
• Deliver analysis and reporting of the business’s financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
• Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends, and reputed company key insights and recommendations to GTM business leaders
• Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency

• Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners

Skills

• 3-5+ years of reputed company finance experience working in high-growth technology, preferably with experience in SaaS, reputed company, reputed company, and/or AI
• Sales and/or Marketing finance experience required
• Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, reputed company functions, and common SaaS metrics
• Familiarity with GTM metrics, including pipeline (conversion, coverage ratios, etc.) and customer unit economics (LTV/CAC, contribution margin)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present to senior GTM leadership
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentations
• Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
• Advanced financial modeling and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Go-To-Market (GTM) finance business partner experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, Business, or reputed company field preferred
