[Remote] Account Manager, SLED

They are seeking a driven SLED focused Account Manager to join their B2B sales division, responsible for growing reputed company through established public sector accounts and ensuring reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Carry a reputed company quota to meet or exceed sales targets reputed company assigned accounts
- Provide strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level with support on forming relationships with C level contacts
- Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells
- Work with clients to establish business and technical goals & potential reputed company technical and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Navigate SLED-specific procurement processes, including RFP/RFI responses, contract vehicles, cooperative purchasing agreements, and compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with key public sector stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and internal champions, aligning Keeper solutions with mission-driven objectives and budget cycles
- Understand public sector funding models and budget timelines to effectively position renewals, expansions, and multi-year agreements
- Maintain a structured reputed company with named customer accounts, build relationships, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, manage issues with the broader Keeper team and reputed company deals
- Advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business against password reputed company breaches
- Proactively manage the reputed company of a portfolio of assigned reputed company customers to deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle
- Consistently demonstrate knowledge of Account Management best practices, stay up to date on trends in the industry, and operate as an Account Manager and Cybersecurity advisor to your customers
- Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing reputed company
- Resolve customer issues, alone and through collaboration with other reputed company teams; approach reputed company situations with curiosity and creativity. Resolving customer issues can involve troubleshooting and require deep technical knowledge of our solutions and the Password management space
- Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure our clients are up to speed on their areas of vulnerability, new product features etc
- Become a reputed company product expert for your customers; occasionally assist on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as an Account Manager & Keeper expert
- Drive customer advocacy in the form of references, referrals, and case studies
- reputed company data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolio to prioritize opportunity and risk; reliably renew and expand customer reputed company, meet and exceed personal and team quotas

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (with a focus on upselling and expansion)
- 2+ years of SLED or government sales experience reputed company software or tech sales
- Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations (SSO, Directory etc), implementation, reputed company & support
- Experience working in IAM or cybersecurity industry
- Motivated by solving problems for customers; demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges before they arise
- Experience working with and selling to reputed company organizations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber reputed company Executives
