[Remote] Account General Manager

Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships and be the voice of Gainwell as a trusted advisor and thought leader
- Manage the operations of your account, including SLAs, reputed company remediation, outage management, resource reputed company, staffing, project health, implementations, and quality assurance
- Understand the data and own the outcomes for your client
- reputed company a client-centered innovation agenda to proactively engage with client on their business needs and goals

- Guide and mentor the delivery and operations team for your account
- Manage the financial quality of the account
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration/Management, Finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent
- 10-12 years' experience in account leadership roles such as sales, delivery or business management
- Experience in business operations management
- A minimum of ten (10) years' experience managing a large-scale government or private sector reputed company contract valued at twenty (20) million dollars or more
- Knowledge of reputed company/Medicare regulations/standards, as well as cost reporting, profit and loss, and budget compliance
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- P & L, sales and risk management skills
- Master's degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration/Management, Finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent
