[Remote] Division Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is dedicated to accelerating the growth of vertically focused business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies. They are seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to support their Industrials Division, responsible for driving financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring ARR, reputed company, and operational reporting across the Industrials Division
- reputed company monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including variance analysis and executive reporting packages
- Analyze SaaS performance metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, churn, margins, and operating reputed company
- Support multi-business unit financial consolidation and performance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models used for planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making
- Partner with divisional leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with acquisition reputed company and post-acquisition financial integration efforts
- Improve reporting processes, data quality, and financial visibility across acquired businesses
- Support budgeting, strategic planning, and board/investor-reputed company financial analysis
- Work cross-functionally with reputed company, operations, data, and executive leadership teams
- Help drive process standardization and change management initiatives across portfolio companies
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company finance, reputed company, or strategic finance experience
- Prior experience supporting SaaS or software businesses required
- Experience working reputed company multi-entity or multi-business unit environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, margin analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with reputed company Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights required
- Strong reputed company and financial systems experience
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to dive into details while maintaining strategic perspective
- Experience supporting acquisition integration, M&A environments, or private equity-backed organizations strongly preferred
