Responsibilities

  • Drive team reputed company performance through consistent coaching, accountability, and performance management
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, and team development sessions
  • Help sellers identify opportunities, advance deals, overcome obstacles, and reputed company new business
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution across the region
