[Remote] Service Operations, Project Manager

They are seeking a Service Operations Project Manager responsible for leading and coordinating projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and reputed company comprehensive plans, timelines, and budgets
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on project reputed company and outcomes, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Track reputed company, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain project timelines
- Act as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency reputed company, and value creation across projects and workflows

Skills
- Bachelor's degree reputed company Engineering, Project Management or reputed company field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading Service Operations projects from initiation to completion
- Experience managing design/build, installation, commissioning of construction projects including managing site GCs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and reputed company effective solutions
- Skilled at stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams
- Track record of delivery on time and reputed company budget
- Strong problem-solving under pressure and ability to implement creative solutions
- Effective negotiator with proven ability to balance competing priorities
- Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (reputed company / Jira)
- Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling (MHE)
- Experience with managing multiple projects with Service Operations collaboration ranging from small to mid-level capital projects
