Job Description

THE POSITION: The People Partner – Europe reports to the Senior People Director – Europe and works closely with both European and global HR teams, as well as cross-functional partners such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal. The role also collaborates, where relevant, with external HR partners and service providers, supporting the HR needs of managers and employees across the allocated region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations. Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, reputed company, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations. Qualifications
