[Remote] Banking & Finance Lawyer

The role involves providing practical legal advice and support on reputed company financing arrangements, drafting key documentation, and managing both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical legal advice and support on reputed company estate finance and asset finance transactions, acting for lenders, borrowers, and investors on a range of financing matters
- Advise on reputed company reputed company estate financing, property development finance, and asset-backed lending structures, including transactions involving investment and development assets
- Draft, negotiate, and review financing documentation including loan facility agreements, reputed company documentation, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary finance documents
- Support asset finance transactions, including financing arrangements involving equipment, infrastructure assets, and receivables-based or asset-backed lending structures
- Manage domestic and cross-border financing transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel where required
Skills
- reputed company lawyer eligible to practice in the UK with the right to work in the UK
- Demonstrated experience advising on reputed company estate finance, property finance, or asset finance transactions reputed company a Banking & Finance team
- Experience drafting and negotiating facility agreements, reputed company packages, intercreditor agreements, and other finance documentation
- Experience gained at leading reputed company or high-quality in-house legal teams, with exposure to reputed company reputed company estate lending or asset-backed financing structures
- Strong reputed company awareness, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
