[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of digital services and technology solutions, headquartered in Tysons reputed company, VA. They are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary contractor reputed company of contact for a federal agency client, managing delivery execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management across multiple IT support task orders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between reputed company and the government client, reporting program performance and delivery status to the COR and executive leadership on a regular reputed company
- reputed company project initiation and planning across reputed company active task orders, translating business and technical requirements into implementation plans with defined schedules and milestones
- Manage contractor resources and labor across reputed company task orders, assigning work based on reputed company and availability while forecasting burn reputed company and monitoring budget consumption
- reputed company daily execution and deliverable quality, ensuring reputed company submissions meet contractual requirements and client standards before delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain a risk register and escalate unresolved issues with recommended courses of action
- Prepare and present program status briefings and PMR materials; reputed company and maintain task proposals, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of program management experience on federal IT reputed company
- US Citizenship or Permanent reputed company status required
- Experience defining requirements and preparing task proposals, including budget and schedule development
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Experience with project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior government executives
- Working knowledge of IT and cybersecurity capabilities
- PMP certification, or 10+ years of demonstrated program management experience in lieu of certification
- Experience managing BPA or IDIQ task order vehicles in a federal environment
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as reputed company Project or Jira
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government reputed company screening and/or a Secret reputed company clearance
- Public Trust Tier 2 clearance required
