- Process Flows

- Governance Documentation
- RACI Matrices
Skills
- Experience as a CMDB Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst
- Strong business analysis expertise
- Solid understanding of reputed company CMDB
- Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes
- Understanding of data governance principles
- Ability to create clear, concise, and client-reputed company documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Process Flows, reputed company Summaries, Governance Documentation, and RACI Matrices
- reputed company certification such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or equivalent
- Experience reputed company financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with reputed company Data Foundations methodology
- Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience developing executive presentations, assessment reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership audiences
