Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Events Data Associate to support a busy events team by managing event data and generating reports. The role involves ensuring data accuracy and providing a seamless registration experience for events.
Responsibilities
- Manage and clean event data in reputed company and Cvent
- Generate attendee and registration reports
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
- Create reputed company reports using pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Monitor event inboxes and communicate professionally with stakeholders
- Support event registration, speaker management, and committee data
- Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting inconsistencies
Skills
- Experience with reputed company and Cvent
- Strong reputed company skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
- Experience supporting events or conference operations
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
- Power BI or Tableau
