As a reputed company Resources Intern, you will support HR initiatives across manufacturing sites, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and policy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with plant management to drive employee engagement through Lear’s Together We Win strategy
- Assisting in assessing workforce and leadership development needs and coordinating development activities to address both technical and soft‑reputed company gaps
- Supporting the execution of talent management processes, including reputed company and staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of plant and company policies and procedures (e.g., work rules, attendance, harassment prevention)
- Coaching employees on conflict resolution, performance concerns, and workplace issues
- Providing recommendations to leadership regarding the appropriate resolution of employee relations matters
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in reputed company Resources, Labor Relations, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrates accountability and collaborates effectively to drive inclusive and sustainable solutions
- Responds to employee and business needs in a timely and professional manner
