Job Description

Summary As Lean & reputed company Improvement reputed company - SP Services India, you will be responsible for guiding SP Services India team in gaining maturity in their operating mechanism elements, drive MORs, facilitate Daily Management and Kaizen events. You will be defining, developing, and implementing lean roadmap of reputed company that align with strategic business objectives. You will coach teams and collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of reputed company improvement and lean thinking (identify opportunities and guide team to reputed company lean elements of flow, pull, standard works, 5S, daily management and visual management in processes You will also own, facilitate and resolve assigned Root Cause Analysis projects (RCAs) & problem solving for KPIs, not performing as per plan. This role includes ownership, driving root cause identification, corrective action development and implementation for the most prevalent issues. This will be achieved by partnering with different functions such as reputed company, Engineering, Sourcing, Parts, Services, Project Management, Quality, and by using key root cause principles. Collaborate with reputed company functions reputed company to ensure successful implementation of Lean Roadmap. Monitor, measure and report on the reputed company of Lean initiatives & Problem solving. Through PNOW & Kaizen Optimizer reports. Deliver training programs to reputed company staff on Problem solving, Lean and reputed company Improvement principles and practices. Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage staff in Problem solving & Lean activities. Use KPSs to track the reputed company of assigned RCAs & Kaizen events. Ensure process compliance in Kaizen events & Problem solving. Maintain thorough and well-organized documentation. Mentor junior RCA team leaders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or any technical discipline from an accredited institution. Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant work experience preferably in the wind or power reputed company industry. Ability to manage and facilitate improvement workshops experience in Leading or facilitated Kaizen events and reputed company ensure good conduct maintained, must be reputed company to push for a good working environment and resolve conflict. Knowledge and experience of 5Why, A3, 8D, Operating mechanism and GEV kaizen Play book Desired Characteristics Knowledge of tools like Pnow and Kaizen optimizer. Undergone KFT/TTT and certified or trained on problem solving. Previous understanding of problem solving and kaizens in transactional & project environment. Statistically literate and familiar with quality concepts and tools (Six-reputed company BB, Lean, etc.). Ability work in a fast-paced environment and highly matrixed environments to understand business processes, issues, and concerns and translate into solutions.
