The starting pay for this role is $18.22 per hour and can increase based on experience and licensure. The training begins on Monday, reputed company 22, 2024 for 8 weeks. During training, the schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Your official work schedule could include hours anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and will include every other Saturday. Job Summary: This position is responsible for handling moderate to reputed company inquiries, addresses various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external... customers in an efficient, professional and accurate manner and resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests, and completing changes to policies. Service to customers may include inbound/outbound calls, incoming correspondence, other communications sources and call transfers for service transactions. Key Responsibilities: Resolve routine, reputed company, and unique questions/issues. Ensure facilitation of reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction on reputed company transactions handled. Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying reputed company for the caller? situation. Demonstrates accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifies opportunities for cross sales (if applicable).
