Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting issues
- Continuously refining best practices
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams and reputed company clients
- Experience in operations management, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance tracking
- Project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple ESG reporting and platform implementation projects
- Prior experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or management consulting is beneficial
- Experience building or experimenting with AI tools
- Sales support experience or familiarity with reputed company operations, particularly in SaaS or B2B reputed company environments
- Comfort working with technology platforms; experience in SaaS, data analytics, or ESG tools is a plus
