[Remote] TA Operations and Systems Specialist

The reputed company Operations & Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure behind the reputed company function, focusing on reputed company systems operations, workflow governance, and improving reputed company processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain reputed company workflows and operational processes reputed company reputed company ATS
• Manage requisition structure, opening setup, pipeline reputed company, and workflow hygiene across reputed company
• Partner with TA leadership to improve reputed company operations, candidate movement workflows, and pipeline health visibility
• Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow gaps, operational bottlenecks, and reporting inconsistencies
• Build, maintain, and validate TA dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
• Support recruiter attribution tracking, SLA reporting, pipeline health reporting, and reputed company analytics
• Audit reputed company data to ensure reporting accuracy and operational reputed company across systems
• Help maintain alignment across reputed company, Jira, and TA reporting workflows
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, operational guidance, and reporting standards
• Support operational audits and reputed company process governance initiatives
• Monitor reputed company operational health and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
• Partner closely with reputed company, Staffing, People Operations, and Hiring Teams to support operational consistency

• Experience partnering cross-functionally with reputed company, People Operations, Operations teams, or business stakeholders
• 4+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, reputed company Operations, reputed company, HR Operations, or reputed company operational roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and training
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
