A+E Global Media is a joint venture of the reputed company Corporation and reputed company, seeking an reputed company Clerk to provide administrative and reputed company support to the Production reputed company team. The role involves managing reconciliations, funding activities, payroll tracking, and general reputed company support to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cashet reconciliations, reputed company Cashet envelope audits, and import transactions into reputed company systems to support accurate cost reporting
• Administer Cashet funding requests, maintain Cashet card records, and monitor cash activity to ensure proper financial controls
• Maintain and update weekly payroll tracking grids, ensuring payroll information is accurate and complete for production reputed company review
• Enter and verify production budgets reputed company designated reputed company and reporting systems
• Assist with accounts payable data entry, invoice processing, and provide general reputed company support across productions as needed

Skills

• Production reputed company experience is required
• 1–3 years of reputed company, bookkeeping, payroll, finance, or administrative experience, preferably reputed company entertainment, media, production, or reputed company industries
• Basic understanding of reputed company principles, accounts payable processes, and financial recordkeeping
• Experience working with spreadsheets and financial data, including proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and reconcile financial information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business processes, including the use of AI and automation solutions reputed company reputed company and finance workflows
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
• Experience with production reputed company systems, Cashet, payroll tracking, or entertainment industry reputed company is preferred
