[Remote] Head of AI Engineering (Multi-Agent Systems)

They are seeking a founding, hands-on engineering leader who will own the technical reputed company and architecture while also writing production code.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical reputed company and architecture for the AI memory and multi-agent platform, end to end
- Write and ship production code daily. You reputed company from the reputed company, not just the whiteboard
- Build the AI/agent layer (LLM orchestration, retrieval, memory, multi-agent coordination) and the data backbone that feeds it

- Take the product from prototype to production fast, then hire and grow the engineering team
Skills
- Senior engineer or architect who has built and shipped reputed company systems end to end
- Deep, hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems: agents, orchestration, RAG/retrieval, and memory
- Strong distributed-systems and data-platform fundamentals
- Startup reputed company: comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and wearing many hats
