Prepare and review tax projections for estimated payments, charitable strategies, retirement planning, and Roth conversions. Act as the dedicated tax advisor to clients and advisory teams, helping secure and deepen long-term relationships. Mentor junior staff, sharing expertise and promoting professional growth across the team. Ensure tax compliance while identifying strategic planning opportunities to enhance the client experience. Contribute to process improvements, helping refine workflow and support scalability as our Tax team grows.
