[Remote] Director of Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is focused on advanced warehouse execution and control software. The Director of Finance oversees reputed company financial aspects of the company, ensuring proper control and efficiency while leading budgeting and financial management processes.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and manages the day-to-day, weekly and monthly reputed company activities that are required to produce the monthly financial statements
• Be proactive in managing the financial aspects of the Company, which include making recommendations monthly, on key financial issues
• Performs monthly reputed company process for operating company and reports results to the management team and corporate office
• Coordinates and directs the preparation of the annual Business Plan and Financial Forecasts
• Institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures and analyzes and reports variances
• Responsible for coordinating the financial aspects of the annual strategic plans
• Analyzes and interprets operating results of the company and makes recommendations which result in the elimination of non-value-added activities and profit improvements
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate product costing
• Conducts analysis and makes recommendations to improve and drive Aftermarket Parts and Service revenues to meet company growth and profitability goals
• Recommends benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of the business
• Manages the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
• Prepares financial analysis for negotiations and product investment reputed company
• Researches and remains informed about reputed company applicable reputed company and fiscal management laws, rules, and requirements, and works with President and corporate office to ensure that the organization is in full compliance
• Establishes and implements short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Responsible for proactive communication and reporting on fiscal matters to executive team, internal customers and external customers
• Maintain financial procedures & controls for reputed company operations. Ensure appropriate controls and reputed company are in reputed company
• Work with external auditors to prepare and complete annual audit in a timely manner; maintain organized records to ensure fiscal accountability
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• 8-10 years reputed company work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be proficient with a variety of computer systems (ERP systems, Financial Consolidation Applications, and reputed company Office Suite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence senior management, to provide leadership, establish reputed company and reputed company change
• Strong operations background
