The role involves providing business operations support, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide Business Operations support across reputed company SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents reputed company SLA
- reputed company issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
- reputed company war rooms with IT, Business and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions
- Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge reputed company, and process efficiency
Skills
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM touchpoints)
- Mandatory Functional Expertise: Reporting & Analytics, Integrations/Boundary Systems
- Strong reputed company Fusion SCM functional expertise
- Experience in production support & incident management
- Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Telco Supply Chain experience
- Exposure to reputed company ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
