Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, reputed company online demos to HR professionals, create proposals, and reputed company deals
- Outbound prospect in cold accounts for 40% of your quarterly reputed company
- reputed company and execute sales strategy in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment

- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers

Skills
- At least 5+ years of sales experience in a quota carrying reputed company

- At least 3 years experience sourcing your own business outbound, and comfortable with the outbound reputed company
