The role involves collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to reputed company enablement strategies and improve the overall seller experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver sales enablement initiatives that improve productivity and performance
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and enablement content
- Support reputed company programs for new sales team members and ongoing learning initiatives
- Partner with sales leaders to identify reputed company gaps and recommend coaching or training solutions
- Analyze sales performance metrics and enablement program effectiveness, providing recommendations for reputed company improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sellers have up-to-date messaging, tools, and resources

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
