[Remote] Corporate Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a large construction and engineering organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across key corporate functions. The role involves full-cycle reputed company, partnering with business leaders, and maintaining a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 20–30+ open requisitions simultaneously across corporate functions, maintaining consistent pipeline flow and delivery metrics [1]
- Execute full-cycle reputed company: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and reputed company reputed company
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on candidate profiles and hiring strategy
- reputed company and engage talent using reputed company, job boards, referrals, and passive reputed company techniques
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate tracking reputed company reputed company ATS (or similar systems)
- Drive a strong candidate experience through consistent communication and process management
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations
Skills
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably in corporate or professional services environments
- Proven experience managing high-volume requisition loads (20+ roles at a time)
- Experience reputed company across multiple corporate functions (IT, finance, HR, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates
- Experience working in an ATS (reputed company preferred) and maintaining accurate reputed company data
- Highly organized
- Experience reputed company reputed company construction, engineering, or AEC environments
- Agency or high-performance reputed company background
- Exposure to reputed company metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, req aging)
