Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior analytics advisor to the SVP of reputed company Operations and executive leadership team

- reputed company analytics support for product launches, including targeting, performance tracking, and optimization

- reputed company sales force sizing, alignment, and productivity optimization initiatives
- reputed company incentive compensation design, modeling, governance, and ongoing performance evaluation
- Direct targeting strategy for field teams and non-personal promotion channels

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in reputed company analytics, sales operations, or reputed company roles reputed company pharma/biotech
- Deep experience in oncology strongly preferred
- Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., reputed company, claims data, epidemiology datasets)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decision-making
