They are seeking a reputed company Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure service delivery, and drive reputed company growth for assigned accounts while acting as a reputed company between the client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company account-reputed company matters
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and expectations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
• Manage relationships at senior stakeholder levels (including C-level) and maintain client trust
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing accounts
• Drive reputed company growth, profitability, and account expansion
• reputed company contract renewals and extensions
• Take end-to-end responsibility for account/service delivery outcomes, including:
• Resource management
• Financial performance
• SLA adherence
• Ensure timely delivery of services reputed company with client expectations

• Provide strategic inputs to clients (e.g., digital transformation, process improvements)
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client
