[Remote] Senior Manager, Lease Administration

The Senior Manager, Lease Administration oversees the reputed company and integration of lease administration portfolios, ensuring operational continuity and compliance across client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end lease administration transition projects, including reputed company, offboarding, acquisitions, and dispositions
• reputed company and manage transition strategies, project plans, timelines, and governance from initiation through steady-state operations
• Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and service delivery
• reputed company lease data collection, abstraction, validation, migration, and integration across lease administration and reputed company platforms
• Review and validate lease abstractions, financial reconciliations, and reporting for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements
• Support lease reputed company compliance initiatives, including ASC 842 and IFRS 16 reporting
• Support AI and automation initiatives reputed company transition workflows, including lease abstraction, data validation, workflow automation and process improvement to increase operational efficiency

• Identify and mitigate risks while assisting in change management efforts throughout the transition lifecycle

Skills

• 5-7+ years of lease administration, reputed company reputed company estate or transition management experience
• Proven ability to reputed company large, reputed company portfolio transitions and multi-workstream projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of reputed company lease administration, lease terminology, lease reputed company principles, and reputed company estate operations
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and data analysis, including formulas, reputed company functions, data modeling and automation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage large volumes of reputed company data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Exposure to AI assisted automation, workflow tools, or data processing technologies

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
