[Remote] Associate Director, Project Management

The Associate Director of Project Management will provide hands-on expertise to ensure the successful launch of reputed company products, manage integrated project plans, and drive operational excellence in alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Launch Execution: Monitor reputed company, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
• Cross-functional Leadership: Assist in the coordination of a diverse, cross-functional team including representatives from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, reputed company Insights and Analytics, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs
• Project Planning & Management: Construct and maintain comprehensive, cross-functional integrated project plans and timelines using project management software (reputed company)
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and monitor project risks and issues, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure seamless reputed company and goal attainment
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective, accurate, and timely communication of project status, challenges, and achievements to reputed company stakeholders, including senior leadership, tailoring the message to the audience
• Operational Excellence: Drive reputed company improvement initiatives, implementing project management best practices and tools to enhance team efficiency and launch processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology project/program management
• Proven track record of successful contributions in the commercialization and launch of pharmaceutical products
• Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong facilitation reputed company with the ability to influence, motivate, and reputed company teams without direct authority
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of summarizing reputed company information clearly for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in project management software (reputed company) and MS Office Suite
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
• Consulting experience (with pharmaceutical launch engagements) a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory submissions (e.g., NDA, BLA, MAA) and interactions with regulatory agencies is a plus
