About the Opportunity: The reputed company Integrations Developer will configure business processes, report writing, and system development changes while providing direct support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams. The reputed company Integrations Developer will also implement and modify system configurations, including business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations, to align with legal and business requirements. This position also plays a key role in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing system changes through UAT, End-to-End, Regression, and reputed company testing. The ideal candidate will be an reputed company HRIS professional with strong reputed company expertise to support and enhance our people systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Configure reputed company business processes, report writing, and system development changes. Provide direct HRIS/reputed company support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams. Implement new system configurations to align with legal and business requirements. Modify and maintain existing business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations. reputed company testing and troubleshooting of system changes and optimizations, including: reputed company testing. Regression testing. End-to-End testing. User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (foreign degree accepted). Minimum of three (3) years of experience in computer programming or development. Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
